We carry out checks and tests at each stage of production, starting with materials and components, and including random product tests, pre- and post-packaging checks, tests before delivery, and UL, CSA and VDE engineer routine inspections.
Tests include: dielectric voltage, insulation resistance, security of blade, temperature rise, flexing, abrupt pull, moisture resistance, tumbling barrel, impact at low temperature, heat resistance.
